SRG promotions are based on activity, behavior, leadership, reliability, and community impact.
Promotions must be earned through consistent performance, not requested.
New Member Pathway Guide (Entry-Level)
Cadet → Private → Private First Class
How to progress:
Complete onboarding steps
Follow community rules
Participate in chats, events, and games
Demonstrate positive behavior
Ask questions and get familiar with SRG
Name change
Member Growth Pathway Guide (Active Members)
Private First Class → Corporal → Sergeant → Master Sergeant
How to progress:
Stay active in the community
Participate regularly in supported games
Help newer members
Show consistent maturity and teamwork
Stay positive and follow guidelines
Recruit new members
Sergeants must attend 3 Seminars and been in SRG for 2 weeks to be eligible for MSG promotion
Name change
These ranks show trust, reliability, and community involvement.
Junior Leadership Pathway Guide (Starting Leadership Roles)
Master Sergeant → Lieutenant → Captain
How to progress:
Show initiative in helping run small activities or groups
Assist officers and moderators
Demonstrate strong communication skills
Remain respectful, patient, and fair
Recruit new members
Name change
Lieutenants must have been in SRG for 1 month to be considered for Captain
Attended and completed 5 seminars for eligible promotion to Captain
These ranks are ideal for members beginning to take on leadership responsibilities.
Senior Leadership Pathway Guide
Captain → Major → Colonel → General
How to progress:
Lead teams or game groups successfully
Maintain activity and community engagement
Assist with planning events
Help resolve minor issues or disputes
Communicate with higher ranks regularly
Recruit new members
Name change
Colonels must have been in their role for 2 months to be considered for General
Colonels must have attended 5 General seminars
These ranks are for experienced, trusted leaders who help guide larger portions of SRG.
Senior Management & Community Management Pathway Guide
General → Section Leader → Commander → Moderator
How to progress:
Show consistent reliability and professionalism
Demonstrate problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Successfully support lower ranks and maintain structure
Assist with organizing or managing community sections
Gain staff approval through positive involvement
General must have been in their role for 3 months to be considered for Section Leader
General must complete 5 Section Leader related seminars to be eligible for Section Leader
