Yes - All members of Silent Response Gaming are required to be 18+ years of age or older.

As SRG does not guarantee any rank to any member, ranks are structured from a Base Core Member to Executive Leadership. You can check to see how it is structured in the SRG Knowledge Center then navigate to "Rank Structure". All promotions are earned through tenure, activity, participation, trust and consisent performance within the community.

At the time of onboarding we put SRG in front of everyone's name. So, short answer - yes it is required. However, only your per server profile name is updated which means it will only show up like that in the SRG server and not other servers you are in.

The divisions, sections and squads are primarily for organization and keep track of members. For every division there is 1 division leader for every 2 sections created, Sections are custom named groups operating under a division and for every section there is 1 Section Leader overseeing 5 squads, and the squads operate under a certain section. In theory this creates endless leadership opportunities for the members exploring leadership opportunites as most ranks have a capacity to how many we allow.
