SRG RANK STRUCTURE, PROMOTION PATHWAY, CATEGORIZED DESCRIPTION
1. Board of Directors (BOD)
Executive Leadership
The Board of Directors serves as SRG’s governing body. They oversee organizational vision, policy development, long-term planning, financial matters, high-level disciplinary decisions, and major structural changes. The Board may intervene at any level when necessary to maintain integrity or resolve escalated issues.
Primary Duties:
Establish and update community-wide policies & conducts
Approve structural changes, partnerships, and major initiatives
Oversee all administrative divisions & staff members
Make final decisions on high-severity disciplinary cases
Safeguard SRG’s mission and long-term stability
Assume the financial responsibility case by case
2. Founder (FDR)
Executive Leadership
The Founder is the overall leader of SRG and holds authority equal to or exceeding the Board. They ensure SRG maintains its core values, sets community direction, and manages high-level administrative actions.
Primary Duties:
Define SRG’s identity, goals, and evolution
Approve major organizational decisions
Oversee senior leadership and ensure adherence to vision
Represent SRG in formal matters
Host & Attend Leadership Meetings/Events
Recruit members to SRG
3. Co-Founder (CFDR)
Executive Leadership
The Co-Founder assists the Founder in all high-level operations. They act as executive leadership overseeing key systems, staff structure, policy adherence, and large-scale coordination.
Primary Duties:
Support founder directives
Oversee staff teams and evaluate performance
Assist with policy development and structural decisions
Step in as acting Founder when needed
Host & Attend Leadership Meetings/Events
Recruit new members to SRG
4. Moderator (MOD)
Senior Community Management
Moderators are trusted officials responsible for enforcing rules, managing community safety, and handling conflicts. They serve as the frontline of policy enforcement and support senior leadership in maintaining order.
Primary Duties:
Enforce Discord, game, and SRG rules
Document and escalate disciplinary cases
Assist members with issues or concerns
Maintain a positive community environment
5. Commander (COM)
Division Management
Commanders oversee major divisions or operational groups within SRG. They ensure activities, events, and units under their control run smoothly. They also advise higher ranks on internal issues.
Primary Duties:
Lead divisional operations
Coordinate events, schedules, and activities
Supervise lower officers
Provide operational reports to senior leadership
Keep updated roster list (1X BI-WEEKLY)
Appoint New Section Leaders as you see fit
Train Section Leaders for promotion
6. Section Leader (SL)
Department / Category Supervisor
Section Leaders manage specific sections within SRG—such as game divisions, departments, or functional areas. They ensure their assigned area remains active, organized, and compliant.
Primary Duties:
Supervise assigned section in a game division
Track member participation and engagement
Provide guidance to officers within their section
Report issues to Commanders
Host & Attend Section Leaders Meetings/Events
Recruit New Members To SRG
Train Generals to become Section Leader
7. General (GEN)
Senior Officer
Generals hold high-level oversight over broad areas of SRG and assist in developing new structures, reviewing performance, and implementing community-wide improvements.
Primary Duties:
Evaluate division performance
Support leadership in strategic decision-making
Mentor Colonels, Majors, and Captains
Assist with training programs and large-scale coordination
Assist Section Leaders with structural decisions and operations
Act as Section Leader when needed
8. Colonel (COL)
Senior Officer
Colonels manage large team operations and help enforce organizational standards across multiple groups or units. They frequently work with Majors and Captains.
Primary Duties:
Oversee multiple teams or subdivisions
Maintain operational discipline
Provide training and issue handling
Deliver updates to Generals
9. Major (MAJ)
Senior Officer
Majors act as administrative and tactical leaders. They directly manage Captains and ensure their units meet expectations.
Primary Duties:
Assist in planning events or operations
Coordinate with Captains to maintain activity
Handle moderate-level conflicts before escalation
Provide structural feedback to Colonels
10. Captain (CPT)
Squad Leader
Captains lead smaller units or squads within SRG. They maintain order, manage group activities, and serve as the first officer-level support for members.
Primary Duties:
Oversee squad performance
Host activities or group sessions
Address minor issues within their team
Report unit progress to Majors
11. Lieutenant (LT)
Mid-Level Leadership
Lieutenants assist Captains with daily operations. They are often in training for higher officer roles.
Primary Duties:
Support Captains in managing squads
Assist in organizing events
Help new members integrate
Monitor general conduct within their unit
12. Master Sergeant (MSG)
Mid-Level Officer
Master Sergeants provide experienced leadership to enlisted members. They maintain squad discipline and assist Lieutenants and Captains with unit organization.
Primary Duties:
Ensure members follow rules and expectations
Mentor Sergeants and Corporals
Assist officers with squad operations
Provide feedback from the enlisted ranks
13. Sergeant (SGT)
Enlisted Squad Officer
Sergeants supervise Corporals and Privates and help maintain order within their assigned group. They bridge communication between officers and enlisted members.
Primary Duties:
Uphold discipline within their team
Assist in onboarding and training
Monitor activity and engagement
Report concerns to Master Sergeants or Lieutenants
14. Corporal (CPL
Enlisted Junior Squad Officer
Corporals serve as role models for new members. They assist with basic oversight and act as reliable support for their squad leaders.
Primary Duties:
Guide Privates and Cadets
Help maintain communication and order
Support Sergeants in daily tasks
Encourage participation and proper conduct
15. Private First Class (PFC)
Senior Enlisted Squad Member
Privates First Class understand SRG’s expectations and have demonstrated reliability. They support new members and participate actively in community activities.
Primary Duties:
Actively engage in SRG events
Demonstrate good behavior and consistency
Assist Privates when needed
Represent SRG positively
16. Private (PVT)
Squad Member
Privates are recognized community members who have completed basic onboarding. They follow instructions from NCOs and officers.
Primary Duties:
Follow SRG rules and structure
Participate actively
Support team cohesion
Report issues through appropriate channels
17. Cadet (CDT)
Entry-Level Recruit
Cadets are new members undergoing initial orientation. They begin learning SRG rules, structure, and expectations before advancing.
Primary Duties:
Complete onboarding requirements
Learn SRG policies and procedures
Demonstrate respectful behavior
Prepare for promotion to Private
PROMOTION PATHWAY GUIDE
SRG promotions are based on activity, behavior, leadership, reliability, and community impact.
Promotions must be earned through consistent performance, not requested.
New Member Pathway Guide (Entry-Level)
Cadet → Private → Private First Class
How to progress:
Complete onboarding steps
Follow community rules
Participate in chats, events, and games
Demonstrate positive behavior
Ask questions and get familiar with SRG

Member Growth Pathway Guide (Active Members)
Private First Class → Corporal → Sergeant → Master Sergeant
How to progress:
Stay active in the community
Participate regularly in supported games
Help newer members
Show consistent maturity and teamwork
Stay positive and follow guidelines
Recruit new members
Sergeants must attend 3 Seminars and been in SRG for 2 weeks to be eligible for MSG promotion

These ranks show trust, reliability, and community involvement.
Junior Leadership Pathway Guide (Starting Leadership Roles)
Master Sergeant → Lieutenant → Captain
How to progress:
Show initiative in helping run small activities or groups
Assist officers and moderators
Demonstrate strong communication skills
Remain respectful, patient, and fair
Recruit new members
Name change
Lieutenants must have been in SRG for 1 month to be considered for Captain
Attended and completed 5 seminars for eligible promotion to Captain
These ranks are ideal for members beginning to take on leadership responsibilities.
Senior Leadership Pathway Guide
Captain → Major → Colonel → General
How to progress:
Lead teams or game groups successfully
Maintain activity and community engagement
Assist with planning events
Help resolve minor issues or disputes
Communicate with higher ranks regularly
Recruit new members

Colonels must have been in their role for 2 months to be considered for General
Colonels must have attended 5 General seminars
These ranks are for experienced, trusted leaders who help guide larger portions of SRG.
Senior Management & Community Management Pathway Guide
General → Section Leader → Commander → Moderator
How to progress:
Show consistent reliability and professionalism
Demonstrate problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Successfully support lower ranks and maintain structure
Assist with organizing or managing community sections
Gain staff approval through positive involvement
General must have been in their role for 3 months to be considered for Section Leader
General must complete 5 Section Leader related seminars to be eligible for Section Leader
