  • Welcome To Silent Response Gaming

SRG Clan is a professional, organized, and toxic-free gaming community focused on innovation and continuous evolution to deliver a limitless and inspiring gaming experience. Founded on November 30th, 2025, by Owners SRG Slayah and SRG Zatos, SRG has experienced rapid growth and continues to expand. With long-term goals of becoming a dominant and respected name in the gaming industry, SRG is committed to building a legacy that will last for years and decades to come.

    Mission Statement:

Our mission is to deliver a limitless and inspiring gaming experience to our members by bringing back the original vibes of what gaming and gaming communities used to be. SRG was founded on the core principle of being a family-oriented, casual gaming community that offers a safe, structured, and toxic-free environment. Within SRG, members can participate in clan operations and activities while connecting with one another without fear of unfair treatment, misconduct, or judgment.

SRG is guided by core values of integrity, respect, inclusion, teamwork, accountability, and professionalism. We strive to provide an equal-opportunity community that empowers its members, develops strong leaders, and achieves shared goals through consistency, commitment, and mutual respect.

  • The founding members of Silent Response Gaming previously led a gaming organization known as RySe Gaming. After internal challenges and organizational difficulties, the founders made the decision to separate and pursue a new vision. Despite these hardships and being nearly outcast from their former community RySe Gaming became the most successful clan ever operated by Slayah and Zatos, laying the foundation for what SRG would ultimately become.

When SRG was officially established, the founders were joined by longtime friends and trusted members SRG Elevated and SRG Galaxy, along with a respected guest and longtime supporter from their previous organizations, Shawn “Mercenary” Goodison (DCIGaming). Shawn passed away on September 13, 2025, and remains a permanent part of SRG’s legacy and history. His contributions and memory continue to be honored within the community.

    The Beginning of SRG

The concept and vision for Silent Response Gaming existed long before its official launch. While the idea for SRG began in Summer 2024, real-life responsibilities required the project to be placed on hold. Once the timing was right, the founders reconvened and officially launched SRG on November 30, 2025, marking the beginning of a new chapter built on experience, resilience, and a renewed commitment to community.

Silent Response Gaming was officially founded on November 30, 2025.

  • We understand that most people are interested in Esports. However, Esports does cost a lot of money that SRG will not have for the foreseeable future and we want to remind people that with the cost of Jerseys, Travel Expenses, Tournament buy ins, and things of that nature it adds up. Therefore, SRG will not be participating in any Esports activities for the time being, this is not to say it can’t happen way later once we are more established but for right now SRG will not be sponsoring any Esports teams, or funding any Esports related operations. Lastly, members may form a stack or a group within the server and do practices, scrims and events to represent and participate in any leagues or cup of their choosing as long as they fund it and is representing SRG in a positive way! If any questions or concerns please reach out to our Assistant Chief Operations Officer via discord or info@silentresponsegaming.org

  • We stand together always; protect each member like they are your family!

    • Protect and respect all SRG members always

    • No Member left behind (Do NOT rage quit and leave your party. All party members must agree to back out before anyone leaves!)

  • Overview

Disciplinary Action within SRG may sound intimidating or as if we are actively looking for issues, however, that is not the case. This system is designed to ensure that all disciplinary matters are handled appropriately and forwarded directly to upper management, allowing even Executive members to evaluate how leadership addresses these situations.

We want to emphasize that this system was created to provide a fair, transparent, and consistent approach to handling violations, while also giving leadership an organized method of tracking incidents and ensuring they are managed properly.

    Disciplinary Outcomes

Depending on the situation and severity of the violation, disciplinary action may result in one or more of the following outcomes:

    • • Verbal Warning

A verbal warning may be issued for minor concerns. If the issue persists, leadership may file a Disciplinary Action Report (DAR) for further documentation and review.

      • Temporary Suspension

Members may be temporarily suspended from specific channels, activities, divisions, or—if necessary—the entire SRG Discord server.

      • Rank Demotion

Leadership may decide to demote a member from their current rank based on behavioral concerns or repeated violations.

      • Removal from SRG

Members may be removed from SRG for repeated or serious violations. Removal is not permanent—members are eligible to reapply 30 days after the date of removal.

      • Permanent Ban

In more serious cases, a permanent ban may be enforced. In some situations, a permanent ban may be set to expire based on leadership discretion and severity of the incident.

      • Blacklist

Blacklisted members are permanently prohibited from rejoining SRG. Only a Board Member has the authority to reverse a blacklist.
(Board Members, Operations Director, Community Director, Moderators, and Division Leaders have the authority to issue a blacklist.)

      • Quitting Without Notice

We fully understand that SRG may not be the right fit for everyone, and members always have the option to leave. However, we ask that you communicate any concerns or issues before making that decision, so leadership has the opportunity to assist or resolve the matter.

Leaving without notice will result in a 3-month ban from SRG. Only Operations Director & Community Director may reverse this penalty. Owners and Board Members are excluded from this process to ensure unbiased decision-making, since they created this policy.

If you are granted a second opportunity and leave again without notice, you will be permanently blacklisted from SRG.

  • SRG Strike Policy

The SRG Strike Policy is designed to enforce accountability and ensure fairness across the community. Below is an overview of how our Three-Strike System operates:

    Strike 1
    The member will receive a
Strike 1 role on Discord. (Role to be removed after 30 days of good behavior)

    Strike 2
    The member’s
rank will be revoked, and they will receive the Strike 2 role on Discord. The member will be ineligible for promotion for up to six (6) months.

    Strike 3
    The member’s
SRG membership will be revoked. Depending on the severity of the violation, a ban and/or blacklist may be issued.

    Immediate Enforcement

SRG prioritizes the safety, integrity, and fairness of its community. In certain cases, an immediate ban or blacklist may be enforced without progression through the strike system, depending on the nature and severity of the violation.

SRG maintains a zero-tolerance policy for violations of the Code of Conduct, as established by Executive Leadership and agreed to by all members at the time of application submission.

(Board Members, Chief Operations Officer & Assistant Chief Operations Officer, Moderators, and Division Leaders have the authority to issue a blacklist.)

Only Division Leaders and Moderators may reverse this penalty. Chief Operations Officer and Board Members are excluded from this process to ensure unbiased decision-making, since they created this policy.

If you are granted a second opportunity and leave again without notice, you will be permanently blacklisted from SRG.

  • When a member is being disciplined or formally reprimanded, at least two (2) ranks above the member in question must be present. This ensures accountability, transparency, and prevents “he said, she said” disputes.

    Example:

If a Sergeant is being reprimanded since the Master Sergeant and Lieutenant have no actual grounds for a disciplinary action such as removal, ban, or blacklist the Captain, Major and General of the section and squad must be present.

  • Overview:

SRG protects its members by guaranteeing Due Process. To summarize, members have the right to explain their side of the situation and provide any evidence that disproves or disputes a claim. Members may request to review evidence related to the reported incident; however, no additional material from the disciplinary document will be disclosed.

Due Process ensures that all matters involved in the incident are reviewed to the fullest extent of SRG’s resources. While the Due Process policy exists to ensure fairness, SRG leadership reserves the right to take any action necessary to protect the safety, integrity, and brand reputation of Silent Response Gaming.

Final authority and disciplinary decisions rest with authorized leadership members of SRG. Members who have been banned for violating the Code of Conduct may submit a Ban Appeal for consideration of reinstatement. This process exists to preserve fairness, while upholding the Executive intent of the Code of Conduct and maintaining SRG as a safe, fair, and respected gaming community.

  • 1. Follow Your Immediate Leadership

Members should first communicate with their direct superior before reaching out to higher ranks. This includes questions, issues, concerns, and requests. Skipping ranks without cause disrupts operations and may result in delays.

    2. Respect Leadership Authority

Each rank has designated responsibilities and authority based on SRG’s structure. Leadership decisions made within a member’s chain are to be followed unless escalated appropriately through proper procedure.

    3. Escalation Procedure

If an issue cannot be resolved by a direct superior (or if the issue involves that superior), members may escalate to the next rank in the chain. At every stage, leadership will review the matter professionally and determine the appropriate course of action.

    4. Communication Expectations

Members are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally when addressing leaders. Leadership, in turn, is required to respond or redirect members in a timely manner, or escalate issues upward when appropriate.

    5. Avoid Bypassing the Chain

Members should not skip ranks or directly contact higher leadership unless specifically instructed or if the matter involves misconduct by the immediate superior. The chain exists to route communication correctly and prevent conflict of interest.

    6. Confidentiality and Professionalism

Discussions within the chain are considered official internal communication and should remain professional and confidential at all times. Sharing private chain-of-command discussions without authorization is prohibited.

    7. Leadership Responsibility

It is the responsibility of all leaders to support, guide, and assist those under their command. Leadership positions are earned through trust, responsibility, and the ability to serve and support the members they lead.

    8. Final Authority

Ultimate authority and decision-making power related to chain processes remain with SRG Executive leadership and Board Members. Any dispute beyond normal resolution may be reviewed at the highest level if necessary.

  • Recruiting in SRG is one of the most common operational procedures performed within the community, as it is the primary way we bring new members into SRG. There are several key points to note:

    1. You must be a Corporal or higher to recruit independently. If you wish to bring someone into SRG, you may direct them to our website at https://silentresponsegaming.org, where they can complete the Member Application and list your name or gamertag in the “Who recruited you” section. They can also join Discord directly from the website. If you are not eligible to recruit independently, you must be accompanied by a member who is authorized to do so.

    2. All members being recruited into SRG must be age-verified by birthdate through the application review process to ensure they are 18+ years of age.

    The Process

    • Once an applicant submits their application, a member of Administrative, Community Management, or Executive Staff will review it. After review, they will redact all “Personally Identifiable Information (PII)” by covering it with a black box or cropping it out.

The reviewing member will then post the application in #app-screenshots on Discord, including the following information:

    - Title: (Applicant | Number | Date | How they found us)

    - Screenshot: of the redacted application

    - Tags: Recruiting, New Recruit, Approved Application

    - Message: (copy/paste for reference)

THIS MEMBER’S APPLICATION HAS BEEN FULLY REDACTED AND IS READY FOR ONBOARDING
    (TAG @SRG | RECRUITER ROLE)

    - After the reviewer posts the screenshot, it becomes the recruiter’s responsibility to continue the onboarding process.

    ‍Onboarding

    • Onboarding consists of inviting the new member into a voice channel (VC), and screen sharing if applicable. If screen sharing is not possible, continue verbally. You must review the SRG Code of Conduct with them before moving forward. (The member cannot progress to the next rank until onboarding is completed.)

    • Once onboarding is complete, and if you have the proper Discord permissions, you will:

      - assign roles

      - update their nickname

      - assign their squad

    • Squad assignment must be documented by commenting on the app screenshot with the following example format:

    - [Division] – [Section] – [Squad]

    • Recruitment Training is mandatory before being granted the Recruiter Role.

    • If you do not have permission to manage roles, tag your superior squad officer for assistance.

If you have any questions regarding recruitment, please contact your superior squad officer for guidance.

      • Match size should be 4v4 or larger, unless the game itself cannot support that many players. In that case, a smaller size is acceptable.

  • Overview:

Promotions are a privilege, not a right. SRG will not award ranks or promotions to individuals who have not demonstrated the qualities and performance required for advancement. Please review the SRG Rank Structure(Click Here) to understand rank responsibilities and promotion pathways.

If rank expectations are not being met, the member will remain at their current rank. Promotions are based on activity, participation, communication, and contribution. If a member is not contributing to SRG in any meaningful way, they will not be promoted.

All SRG ranks are volunteer positions and are not paid. While we understand that responsibilities must be balanced with real-life obligations, accepting a role means accepting the responsibilities that come with it. Neglecting duties for prolonged periods may result in disciplinary action to determine whether the member is the appropriate fit for the role they hold.

  • SRG promotions are based on activity, behavior, leadership, reliability, and community impact.

Promotions must be earned through consistent performance, not requested.

  • Divisions

Divisions are organized by game title (for example, Call of Duty). Each division contains multiple sections and is overseen by one Division Leader for every two sections.

    Sections

Sections are assigned official names by SRG leadership and consist of five (5) squads per section. Each section is overseen by one Section Leader.

Members may not use section or squad names directly as part of their personal names. Any such usage must be modified or altered to avoid confusion and maintain organizational clarity.

    Squads

Each section typically consists of five (5) squads, with a total capacity of 50 members. Every squad is overseen by one Captain, who is responsible for squad organization and leadership.

If a squad exceeds its member capacity, squads may be split to form additional squads. A split may occur once the squad reaches 60 members, allowing room for continued growth while maintaining effective squad management.

  • Transfers & Reassignments

Members of Silent Response Gaming (SRG) may select the Division they join at the time of recruitment. As interests and availability evolve, members may no longer actively participate in the game or Division they originally joined. In such cases, a transfer or reassignment may be requested.

The following guidelines outline the expectations and procedures that both leadership and members must understand prior to transferring between Divisions, Sections, and/or Squads. These standards ensure organizational stability, fairness, and continuity across SRG operations.

For any questions or concerns regarding the Transfers Policy, members should contact the Community Director for clarification or further guidance.

    Members:

    • Must initiate request to their current Captain in regard to a transfer.

    • Must not have any Disciplinary Actions in the last 30 days.

    • Must open a support ticket via discord.

    • If they are a rank with a rank capacity there has to be an available spot in that rank for approval.

    Leadership:

    • The appropriate leadership must talk with the current leadership receiving the transfer to see if there is room for the outgoing member.

    • Squad Transfers (both captains must agree before the member opens a ticket.)

    • Section Transfers (both section leaders must agree before the member opens a ticket.)

    • Division Transfers (both division leaders must agree before the member opens a ticket.)

    • Due diligence to check for disciplinary actions is required before saying yes or no.

    General Guidelines:

    • After approved transfer, member must remain an active member in good standing with their new division, squad or section for a minimum of 30 days before transferring again.

    • Who responds to the support ticket the member opens? It would be the receiving member Captain, Section Leader, Division Leader. If those members are not available, it will be the Moderator or Community Director!

    • Members from other Divisions can not actively recruit for their division within the community, they must use outside resources to find new recruits.

    • Do NOT open a ticket and immediately ping the Owners, Operations Director, or Community Director. The appropriate leadership will respond.

  • Member Activity Expectations

Silent Response Gaming does not enforce strict activity requirements. However, we do ask that all members who are not on an approved Leave of Absence (LOA) remain engaged within the community. Participation in game nights, social events, practices, meetings, and general Discord activity helps strengthen SRG and ensures our community remains active and welcoming.

An active community is essential, members expect to join a lively environment, not an inactive server. Please refer to the Inactivity Policy for details on how SRG addresses inactive members.

    Leadership Activity Requirements

Members holding leadership positions are required to fulfill the responsibilities associated with their roles. Allowing a squad, section, or division to become inactive due to leadership inactivity is unacceptable. Failure to meet leadership responsibilities may result in demotion if no improvement is demonstrated.

  • Overview:

While SRG does not penalize members simply for being inactive, we must maintain an operational and active community. During onboarding, members are informed that participation and involvement are managed at their own pace. However, if Discord audit logs show that a member has been inactive for a minimum of two weeks and up to 1 month, the member will be honorably removed. This is not considered a violation of the SRG Code of Conduct. Honorably removed members are eligible to reapply immediately.

If a leadership member holds a role that is essential to SRG operations and becomes inactive, they may be removed from their leadership position immediately.

For additional information regarding expectations and eligibility for advancement, please review the Promotion Policy.

  • We understand that things in real life happen so members may have to take an LOA.

If members are going to take an LOA they must inform their superior officer. After the officer has been made aware it is their responsibility to report it to their higher leadership till it reaches Executive Leadership.

    The Process:

    1. Change nickname so it has [LOA] at the end. So it should look like this SRG LANX [COO] [LOA]

    2. Assign the LOA role to the member.

    3. If it’s a crucial role that is taking LOA they must find a suitable replacement approved by their superior and the Chief Operations Officer or Assistant Chief Operations Officer.

    4. Go in to CMS ➔ go to your appropriate roster list ➔ click on the name ➔ click on notes ➔ Add new note ➔ Category: General ➔ Note: Insert the date LOA will be starting, date estimated of LOA ending, reason if applicable. ➔ RESTRICT THE NOTE ➔ Click Submit.

Members may chat in discord however if you are on a LOA we expect you NOT to be chatting in discord, if a leadership member is on LOA they are relieved of their duties and should not perform any SRG sensitive functions.

  • Overview:

SRG will never require you to change your in-game username. Changing your in-game name is optional, however, all names must still align with SRG standards.

While we don’t require you to change your gamer tag, it is required that your SRG tag appears before your name in Discord. This can be adjusted by SRG leadership if needed.

Your Discord nickname only applies inside our server; your actual Discord username will continue to appear normally in any other servers you’re a part of.

    Guidelines:

    • If you choose to change your in-game name, it must follow this format: SRG BRAND0N (no hyphens, X’s, or underscores between SRG and your actual name).

    • Usernames must be appropriate and align with the SRG Code of Conduct and SRG Standards. If you’re unsure whether a name is acceptable, please check with leadership first.

    • If you update your in-game name, it must also match your Discord display name.

    • Changing your name is optional, however we encourage members to do so. It helps strengthen SRG’s presence online and shows unity within parties, people are more likely to join groups when they see active, loyal members.

    • Name cannot be taken by another SRG member.

    • SRG name cannot match the name of a Section or Squad. If it does your name needs to be altered or modified in some way to avoid mix ups.

  • Overview:

SRG uses a third-party service to host its merchandise shop. We’ve always aimed to be transparent—physical inventory can be expensive, and newer communities typically operate on smaller budgets. Because of this, we rely on donations, partner programs, merch sales, and other methods to build a sustainable community income.

Until we reach that point, we use a drop-shipping service to provide merchandise. While we work toward generating steady community revenue, we still have operational costs such as website hosting, domain hosting, AMS hosting, and more.

Our store is run through Teespring, which means they handle all order processing, returns, and user information. SRG does not receive your private information and cannot process returns ourselves. For sizing, based on our experience:

    • If you want clothing to fit a little looser after washing, order two sizes up

    • If you want a slightly snug fit after washing, order one size up

    • DO NOT ORDER YOUR ACTUAL SIZE!
